Watch the Norad Conference 2017

Aid in the age of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is the thematic focus for this year’s annual Norad Conference in Oslo on 11 December 2017.

Agenda 2030 marks the watershed for international aid. The Sustainable Development Goals encompass the many dimensions of development and help us rethink what growth and prosperity mean.

At the conference we ask ourselves the following question: How do we shape our aid architecture, development institutions and rethink current financial flows in order to ensure a truly sustainable development, eradicating extreme poverty while protecting planetary boundaries?
