Norad – the directorate of development cooperation – administers the majority of Norway’s long term development aid. Last year, Norwegian aid amounted to a total of 40.1 billion NOK, and Norad administers around half.

Norad’s strategy, operations, and organization are founded on the UN’s sustainability targets. We are happy to answer questions regarding Norwegian long term development aid, global development, climate and environment, and questions regarding the UN’’s international sustainability goals.
