Evaluation of Norad's approach to knowledge-based portfolio management

In Norad's new strategy towards 2030, more strategic use of knowledge is a separate development area. Norad has also devoted considerable resources to improving the portfolio management of development assistance. This evaluation will look at Norad's use of knowledge in portfolio management. The purpose of the evaluation is to assess Norad’s approach to knowledge-based portfolio management and provide knowledge that can be used to strengthen the implementation of Norad's strategy in this field.
