The Royal Norwegian Ministry of Development Cooperation decided to undertake an evaluation of the development activities of REDD BARNA (Norwegian Save the Children). REDD BARNA activities like fund raising and relief work were not to be covered by the evaluation. The expectations by the Ministry on the evaluation, as indicated in the Terms of Reference, are that they would constitute a valuable guideline for future cooperation between REDD BARNA and the Ministry.
