NORHED. The Norwegian Programme for Capacity Development in Higher Education and Research for Development. Results 2014

The Norwegian Programme for Capacity Development in Higher Education and Research for Development (NORHED) was launched by Norad in 2012 and aims at strengthening capacity in higher education and research in low and middle income countries.

This report examined the NORHED programme portfolio and made a programme level performance assessment of 42 projects that started their project activities during 2013-2014 out of a total of 46 projects in the programme portfolio.
