Denne rapporten belyser fremdrift og læring fra de to første årene (2020–2021) av Norges Skatt for utvikling (SFU)-strategi 2020–2025. Rapporten tar ikke sikte på å gi et fullstendig bilde av hvordan porteføljen har utviklet seg, og den gir ikke en evaluering av resultater. Snarere er et utvalg case-studier og tematiske fokusområder ment å gi et innblikk i status, forbedre læringen og informere fremtidig retning og beslutningstaking for SFU-porteføljen. Fremover vil rapporteringen også inkludere informasjon fra resultatrammeverket.

This report highlights progress and lessons learnt from the first two years (2020–2021) of Norway’s Tax for Development (TFD) strategy 2020–2025. It does not attempt to capture all progress or all activities across the portfolio and it is not an evaluation of results. Rather, a selection of case studies and thematic focus areas are meant to depict status, improve learning and to inform future direction and decision making of the TFD portfolio. Going forward, this reporting will include more indicators as the portfolio evolves and information from the results framework is collected.
