1. Engaging with Norad

All Norad staff are based in Oslo, Norway. Norad does not have staff in Norwegian embassies.

Communication during application processes:

• In the time period between the publication of a call for proposals and the deadline for the submission of applications (or concept note), applicants are welcome to contact Norad to ask questions about the application process. However, in the interest of equal treatment of applicants in competitive calls for proposals with a set deadline, Norad cannot provide advice on the content of a concrete concept note or application, e.g. on the planned activities and outputs.
• On occasion, Norad will invite potential applicants to an open information session or publish a Q&A on its website in response to frequently asked questions from potential applicants, related to a concrete call for proposals.

For questions related to an individual grant agreement with Norad, kindly contact the Grant Manager (or section), who has been identified as the point of contact in the grant agreement.

Note that all formal communication related to obligations in grant agreements must be in writing.
