The Ethiopian Evangelical Church Mekane Yesus Leadership Capacity Building project Mid term Review

The Ethiopian Evangelical Church Mekane Yesus Leadership Capacity Building project (EECMY-LCBP) is three year project (2020-2022). The project is designed by the church and financed in partnership with Norwegian Lutheran Mission and Norwegian Mission Society with the goal to address the critical Leadership gap observed in the structure of EECMY with the focus on servant Leadership, Good Governance, Peace Building and Conflict Management, and “Use Your Talents". The project is intended to create capable and steward leaders with commitment to address the mission and vision of EECMY with the following objectives:

• Improve the Church units‟ leaders‟ management and leadership skills by 2022;
• Equip and develop the Leaders with knowledge and skills of conflict resolution, peace building and conflict transformation; Peaceful coexistence among leaders and members in the church;
• To Empower leaders in all synod to integrate and and institutionalize 'Use Your Talents' as a key tool for delivering diaconal services;
